As a Promotional Sponsor, your contribution helps bring Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky to life behind the scenes, helping power everything from guest experiences and event enhancements to the details that transform a gathering into something memorable. Your support allows us to elevate the atmosphere, create lasting connections, and deliver an experience people will be talking about long after the event ends. In return, your brand will receive recognition as a valued event partner through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site acknowledgment. You'll also receive one vendor space at the event, giving you the opportunity to showcase your products or services, engage directly with attendees, build relationships, and increase visibility among a community that values connection, quality, and authentic experiences. It's more than sponsorship. It's an opportunity to support the experience while placing your brand in front of an engaged audience in a meaningful and impactful way.

Terms & Conditions

Promotional Sponsor Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in supporting Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky. As a Promotional Sponsor, you play an important role in helping us create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees, vendors, and community partners. Sponsorship Confirmation The Promotional Sponsorship fee is $500 and is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and will be secured once payment has been received and processed. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable except as outlined below. Sponsor Benefits Promotional Sponsors receive: *One promotional table *Priority table placement *One dedicated social media post *Recognition on sponsor signage *Recognition in the sponsor appreciation post *On-site acknowledgment *Opportunity to distribute promotional materials and interact with attendees All sponsor branding, displays, giveaways, and promotional activations must be approved by Centered & Sexy® prior to the event to ensure alignment with the event atmosphere and audience experience. Vendor Space & Event Setup Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, signage, and décor. To maintain the quality and appearance of the venue, glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, or any materials that may damage walls, floors, or furnishings are prohibited. Sponsors may be held responsible for any venue damage fees assessed as a result of their setup or activities. Marketing & Promotion We encourage sponsors to maximize their participation by promoting their involvement through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, and customer outreach. Collaborative promotion helps increase visibility for both the sponsor and the event. Responsibility & Liability Sponsors are solely responsible for their products, services, displays, staff, and activities during the event. Centered & Sexy® and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, nor for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur in connection with sponsor participation. Event Changes or Cancellation In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship fees paid. Agreement Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This sponsorship is designed for businesses that want to increase brand awareness while engaging directly with attendees in a meaningful way. Your sponsorship includes one vendor space at the event, providing the opportunity to showcase your products or services, connect with potential customers, and build relationships with an engaged audience. Promotional Sponsors will also receive recognition leading up to the event through social media features and inclusion in select event promotions. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, and décor. Fall-inspired décor is encouraged; however, glitter, confetti, adhesives, or any materials that may damage the venue are prohibited. This sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to support a community-focused event while positioning your brand in front of attendees who value connection, quality, and authentic experiences. It's a meaningful way to increase visibility, expand your reach, and become part of an event designed to bring people together.
