About the event

Benefitting the California Pitbull Rescue, the 6th Annual Bizerkeley Food Fest is excited to bring the best in plant based foods that will impress any foodie or food critic! Meat lovers will be dazed and amazed at how delicious our dairy and meat free vendors can turn food into climate friendly culinary works of art. With vendors of all over the country converging on Downtown Berkeley, we are excited to welcome you to another and even better year with a: -Sports and Gaming Arena with a Pickleball Play! - Local Talent blessing us with their performances -Retail, Wellness, and Fashion vendors! & so much more! Get your VIP ticket and our new Express Tickets which are an affordable way to beat the crowds! As Northern California's largest vegan food festival and Berkeley, California's only vegan food festival, we are so proud to have donated over $13,000 to animal non-profits over the last 5 years! About the application

We are so grateful to you and excited to have you support Berkeley's one and only vegan food festival! As a in-kind donation partner, you are helping to ensure our non-profit event is a success for the thousands of people who travel from as far as Reno, NV and Orange County to attend! As a festival in-kind donor, you will be part of our social media, PR, marketing and on- and off-site outreach. This includes but is not limited to, social media posts, on-site promotion at the event, and local and national media outreach. You may also have your logo included on our festival merch such as our t-shirts. Our event is being featured in publications including ABC Channel 7 News, CBS Channel 5 News, and KRON4 News, VegNews VegOut, San Francisco Magazine, The Bold Italic, Spoon University, The Daily Californian, KQED and more! After the event we will send the donation letter with the 501c3 tax id number.

  • Filming & Photography Acknowledgement - During the Bizerkeley Food Festival, booths and people may be photographed and recorded. By sponsoring the Bizerkeley Food Festival, you may be included in future promotional assets and photography.
  • By participating in the Bizerkeley Food Festival you agree that you will: handle all customer complaints, refunds, and other issues between the business and the customer. I will not duplicate, replicate, or otherwise use and/or repurpose the elements of the 2025 Bizerkeley Vegan Food Festival, and/or the intellectual property of Erika Jordan, the Bizerkeley Vegan, in regards to the 2025 Bizerkeley Vegan Food Festival.● I will abide by county and state health mandates for any and all COVID-19 or other related safety measures for the health and safety of myself, festival attendees, and others.● I will advertise my participation in the festival on both my social media pages (i.e. posts) including Instagram. Any other promotions on other websites and social media pages are welcome.● I will only provide 100% vegan items to the participants and will avoid cross-contamination with any non-vegan foods, substances, etc. No animal products or by-products can be served to participants of the festival.● I will abide by any other measures brought up by Erika Jordan to ensure the festival runs COVID19 responsibly and is aligned with vegan values of cruelty-free foods, free of animal products.
