Food Sponsorship Opportunity We are seeking a community-minded food sponsor to partner with us for our upcoming events at Rose Hill Memorial Park. As our exclusive food sponsor, your business will have the opportunity to showcase your delicious offerings while supporting a meaningful, local event. In exchange for providing food or refreshments, we will: Promote your business in all event marketing materials, including social media, flyers, and press releases. Display your logo and signage prominently at the event. Give you the opportunity to engage directly with attendees. Acknowledge your business during any public announcements at the event. This is a unique chance to connect with the community, gain visibility, and support a cause that brings people together. Let’s feed the community and foster connections—together.

Food Sponsorship Terms & Agreement 1. Sponsor Commitment: Sponsor agrees to provide food, snacks, or refreshments for the specified event date(s) at no cost to Rose Hill Memorial Park or its attendees. 2. Event Promotion: In exchange, Rose Hill Memorial Park agrees to: Include the sponsor's name/logo in all event promotional materials. Promote the sponsor on social media and event pages. Display the sponsor’s signage at the event (signage to be provided by the sponsor). Acknowledge the sponsor during event announcements. 3. Food Safety & Compliance: Sponsor is responsible for meeting all health and safety regulations, including necessary permits and food handling requirements. 4. Liability: Sponsor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Rose Hill Memorial Park and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the food provided. 5. Exclusivity: Sponsor will be the exclusive food provider for the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. Cancellation: Either party may cancel this agreement with a minimum of 14 days written notice.
