Dia De Muertos Sponsorship Application (All Levels)

All businesses, brands, or professional services seeking to participate for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes must come on as a sponsor. This includes, but is not limited to, real estate agents, insurance companies, banks, law offices, medical providers, retail chains, and any business seeking lead generation or brand exposure at the event. Businesses may not register as vendors. Instead, they are encouraged to review our sponsorship tiers. We invite you to become a proud sponsor of the 2025 Día De Muertos Festival, a vibrant cultural celebration that honors tradition, community, and remembrance. This event promises to bring families, friends, and neighbors together for a day full of music, food, art, and heritage celebrating the beautiful customs of Día De Muertos. As a sponsor, you’ll not only gain valuable exposure to a diverse and engaged audience but also demonstrate your commitment to cultural inclusion and community connection. SPONSORSHIP LEVELS Presenting Sponsor – $2,000 -Logo placement on all marketing materials and event signage -Opportunity to speak on stage and welcome guests -Premium vendor booth space (up to 10x30) -Inclusion in all media press releases and radio mentions -Customized social media spotlight Marigold Sponsor – $1,000 -Logo on event banners and digital promotion -Premium Vendor booth space (10x10) -Social media mentions (Minimum of 4 posts) -Recognition during the event Candlelight Sponsor – $750.00 -Name listed on signage at the event -Shared social media post -Verbal recognition at event -Vendor booth space (10x10) Community Sponsor – $500.00 -Name listed on community sponsor banner -Social media thank you post -Vendor booth space (10x10) We’re also open to in-kind donations such as décor, food & beverage support, printing, or volunteer services. 1. Sponsorship Agreement By submitting a sponsorship application and payment, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions outlined by Goin’ Social Events. Sponsorship is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. 2. Sponsorship Benefits Goin’ Solo Events will provide the agreed-upon sponsorship benefits as listed in the selected package tier. While every effort will be made to fulfill all aspects of each package, benefits are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseeable circumstances. Any major changes will be communicated in advance. 3. Payment Terms All sponsorship fees are due at submission. Payments can be made by card or electronic invoice. If payment is not received by the deadline, Goin’ Solo Events reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship benefits. 4. Cancellation Policy Sponsors who cancel participation must notify Goin’ Solo Events in writing. There are NO refunds allowed. If the event is postponed due to weather or safety issues, sponsor benefits will be transferred to the rescheduled date or alternative event. 5. Marketing Materials Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos, promotional materials, or signage needs by the stated deadline. Failure to do so may result in omission from printed or digital marketing without refund or compensation. 6. Vendor Booths (if applicable) Sponsors receiving vendor booth space are responsible for: -Providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and supplies unless otherwise noted -Staffing their booths during all public hours of the event -Complying with local health and safety regulations No electricity is provided unless previously arranged. 7. Brand Representation Sponsor logos and brand materials must align with the family-friendly and culturally respectful tone of the Día De Muertos Festival. Goin’ Solo Events reserves the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate or offensive. 8. Liability Sponsors agree to release and hold harmless Goin’ Solo Events, its volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any liability, damage, or loss incurred during or as a result of the event. Sponsors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance for their participation. 9. Event Modifications Goin’ Solo Events reserves the right to adjust the layout, schedule, or programming of the event at its discretion. Any material changes impacting sponsors will be communicated as early as possible. 10. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a sponsorship form and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
