Denim Fest Neighborhood Sponsor Terms & Conditions
• Sponsorship fee is $1,000 and must be paid in full to secure participation and placement.
• Sponsors may choose between:
– A 10x10 promotional booth space within the festival grounds
– Branded marketing material placement within the Carnival Area
Final placement and activation details are subject to approval by The Mill on Etowah team.
• Sponsors providing their own booth setup are responsible for supplying all tenting, tables, chairs, signage, displays, extension cords, and any additional setup materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Booth spaces are intended for business promotion, community engagement, and brand awareness. Direct sales must be approved in advance.
• All sponsor marketing materials, signage, and activations must be family-friendly and aligned with the overall atmosphere and values of Denim Fest and The Mill on Etowah.
• Sponsors are responsible for setup, operation, staffing, and breakdown of their activation area during designated event hours. Load-in instructions and arrival details will be communicated prior to the event.
• Denim Fest will take place rain or shine. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Mill on Etowah.
• The Mill on Etowah reserves the right to deny or remove any sponsorship display, booth setup, signage, or activity deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the event experience.
• Sponsors agree to allow The Mill on Etowah to use their business name, logo, and approved branding materials in promotional and marketing efforts related to Denim Fest.
• Submission of payment confirms agreement to all sponsorship terms and conditions.
