Pre-event benefits begin upon receipt and approval of the commitment (this application). To receive full pre-event benefits, commitment must be received by March 31, 2026. Benefits will phase in as commitments are received. All commitments must be received by May 01, 2026, and payment is requested within 30 days of commitment.
