Sponsorship levels are designed to fit different budgets and goals, from premium stage branding to community-level support. By sponsoring Culture Goes K-pop Expo, you’ll not only gain exposure but also show your support for the growing K-pop and Asian pop culture community in Arizona. Together, we can create an unforgettable experience for fans and elevate your brand presence at one of the region’s most exciting fan events.

Sponsor Terms & Conditions – Culture Goes K-pop Expo By submitting a sponsorship application, you agree to the following: Application & Approval – All sponsorship applications are subject to review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Final approval is at the discretion of Culture Goes K-pop Expo organizers. Payment – Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the deadline stated in your invoice. Benefits will not be activated until payment is received. Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellations requested 60 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. If the event is canceled by organizers for reasons outside sponsor control, a full refund will be issued. Sponsorship Benefits – Benefits outlined in the selected sponsorship package (Platinum, Gold, Silver, etc.) will be honored as described. Organizers reserve the right to adjust placements or formats if necessary (e.g., venue requirements, production limitations) while ensuring equivalent value is delivered. Logos & Media – Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and promotional materials by the stated deadlines. By submitting, sponsors grant Culture Goes K-pop Expo permission to use their brand name, logo, and related materials for event marketing and promotion. Conduct & Brand Alignment – Sponsors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful presence. Marketing or behavior that conflicts with the values of Culture Goes K-pop Expo (including discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content) will not be permitted. Liability – Culture Goes K-pop Expo and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to sponsor participation. Sponsors assume all risks associated with their involvement. Force Majeure – In the event of cancellation or modification due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), organizers will work with sponsors in good faith to provide alternate benefits or refunds as appropriate.
