About the event

Blount County Job Signing Day is a celebration and media event to celebrate students who are signing on to a job upon graduation due to the time they dedicated to workforce training in high school. These students have completed Career & Technical Education (CTE) courses, work-based learning, internships, apprenticeships, and/or other trainings offered through their high school and their hard work has paid off! This event is setup similar to a college athletic signing day with media presence and a crowd to congratulate them. This event not only celebrates our students, but it also celebrates our employers who are training and exposing our students to work to prepare them for their careers.

About the application

The Blount County Chamber of Commerce, in alignment with its mission to promote economic growth, is excited to host the Blount County Job Signing Day Celebration at the Hilton Knoxville Airport on May 12th from 10:30 a.m. to Noon. This is a wonderful opportunity for your business to support and celebrate the next generation of skilled workers by becoming a sponsor of the Blount County Job Signing Day. We offer four sponsorship levels: Platinum Sponsor ($2,000) Gold Sponsor ($1,500) Silver Sponsor ($1,000) Bronze Sponsor ($500) Join us in fostering the growth of our local workforce and making a positive impact in our community!

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment and Confirmation: Sponsorship is confirmed once full payment has been received. Online sponsor registration requires payment by credit card at the time of submission. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact Tammy Bolt to request an invoice at tbolt@blountpartnership.com Payments must be received by the due date outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in forfeiture of sponsorship rights and benefits. 2. Sponsorship Levels and Benefits: Each sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) includes specific benefits outlined in the sponsorship package. These benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the sponsoring company. Sponsors are encouraged to donate promotional items for participating students to enhance their experience at the event. 3. Promotional Materials and Branding: Sponsors must provide all necessary logos and promotional materials by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion in Job Signing Day marketing materials (e.g., website, social media, event signage). The Blount County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve all sponsor materials to ensure they align with the event’s standards. 4. No Cancellations or Refunds: Sponsorships are non-refundable. Once confirmed, sponsorship payments cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. 5. Liability: The Blount County Chamber of Commerce and its event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount County Chamber of Commerce and its representatives from any liability arising from participation in the event. 6. Event Changes: The Chamber reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, or location, as necessary. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes. 7. Photography and Media Consent: Sponsors agree to allow the use of their company name, logo, and likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, and event photography for future Job Signing Day promotion. 8. Amendments: The Blount County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.
