By submitting this application, the applying company or organization ("Sponsor") agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding participation in TurtleFest 2027, hosted by Loggerhead Marinelife Center ("Organizer"):
1. Application Review & Acceptance
Non-Binding Submission: Submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship approval or securing a specific sponsorship tier.
Approval Process: Sponsorships are granted at the sole discretion of the Organizer. Official confirmation will be provided in writing upon application review.
Category Exclusivity: Unless explicitly stated in a custom agreement or high-level package (e.g., Presenting Sponsor), sponsorships are non-exclusive.
2. Payment & Billing
Coordination: Following application review and approval, a member of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center Development Team will reach out directly to coordinate payment schedules, invoicing, and contract details.
Payment Terms: Sponsorship commitments must be fulfilled according to the agreed-upon invoice or payment schedule established with the Development Team.
Forfeiture: Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship rights and associated promotional benefits.
3. Branding & Intellectual Property
Logo Submission: Upon acceptance, the Sponsor must provide high-resolution logo files (vector .EPS, .SVG, or high-res .PNG) and brand guidelines by the deadline specified by the Organizer. A team member will coordinate with you.
License Grant: The Sponsor grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use its name, logo, and brand assets solely for event promotional materials, signage, digital marketing, and event-related collateral as outlined in the selected sponsorship package.
Deadlines: The Organizer is not responsible for missing or degraded logo placement on printed materials if assets are not received by the communicated print deadlines.
4. On-Site Activations & Attendance (If Applicable)
Space Allocation: For sponsorships that include on-site space (e.g., Lounge, Pavilion, or Booth spaces), the Sponsor agrees to abide by all festival operational hours, set-up/breakdown schedules, and safety guidelines provided in the Sponsor Load-In Kit.
Compliance: The Sponsor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as venue policies.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Sponsor Cancellation: All sponsorship payments are non-refundable. If the Sponsor elects to cancel their participation, written notice must be provided to the Organizer.
Event Alterations: TurtleFest is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event hours, layout, or activities due to severe inclement weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related adjustments.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neither Loggerhead Marinelife Center nor its officers, directors, employees, or volunteers shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property belonging to the Sponsor, its representatives, or agents, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By submitting this form, you certify that you are authorized to act on behalf of the applying organization and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions upon acceptance.
