Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in supporting Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky as a Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table. This sponsorship opportunity combines enhanced brand visibility with direct attendee engagement, allowing sponsors to become part of one of the event's signature experiences while promoting their business in person.
Sponsorship Confirmation
The Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table Investment is $300 and is due upon approval.
Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is secured once payment has been received and processed.
All sponsorship investments are non-refundable except as outlined below.
Sponsor Benefits
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsors + Promotional Table receive:
Sponsorship of one signature cocktail featured during the event
Brand recognition on event signage and cocktail menus
Social media recognition leading up to the event
On-site acknowledgment during the event
One promotional table space
Opportunity to showcase products and services directly to attendees
Direct engagement with an engaged and diverse audience
All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®.
Promotional Table & Event Setup
Sponsors are responsible for providing their own table, tablecloth, displays, signage, promotional materials, and décor.
To maintain the quality and appearance of the venue, glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, or any materials that may damage walls, floors, or furnishings are prohibited. Sponsors may be held responsible for any venue damage fees resulting from their setup or activities.
Sponsors may promote and distribute information related to their business, products, and services but must do so in a professional manner that aligns with the event atmosphere and guest experience.
Marketing & Promotion
Sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, websites, and customer outreach.
Collaborative promotion helps increase visibility for both the sponsor and the event while expanding community awareness and engagement.
Responsibility & Liability
Sponsors are solely responsible for their products, services, promotional materials, displays, and activities during the event.
Centered & Sexy® and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, nor for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur in connection with sponsor participation.
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to remove or decline any promotional materials, products, displays, or activities that do not align with the event's mission, audience, standards, or community values.
Sponsorship Availability
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsorship opportunities are limited. Each event offers a limited number of Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsorships. Once all available sponsorship opportunities have been secured, sponsorship registration will close regardless of sponsorship level selected.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event.
Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship investments paid.
If the event is rescheduled, sponsorship benefits will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By participating as a Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table, the sponsor agrees to abide by all event policies and understands that Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the event, its attendees, and its sponsors.
