Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsorship & Payment
Georgia Art Events will provide the sponsorship benefits outlined in the selected package or written Sponsorship Agreement. Payment is due promptly upon acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsorship is confirmed upon approval and receipt of payment.

Georgia Art Events makes no representations or warranties regarding the success of the sponsorship. Attendance, sales, exposure, and other promotional results are not guaranteed.

2. Logos & Promotional Materials
Sponsors must provide logos, artwork, business information, and other requested materials by the deadlines provided. Late submissions may limit inclusion in printed or promotional materials.

The sponsor represents and warrants that it has the legal right to use and authorize the use of all materials it provides. The sponsor grants Georgia Art Events a limited, temporary license to use those materials to fulfill the agreed sponsorship benefits and promote the sponsored event.

The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Georgia Art Events against third-party intellectual property claims, including related costs and damages, arising from its authorized use of sponsor-provided materials.

3. On-Site Participation
Sponsors receiving event space must follow assigned setup times, space limits, and event guidelines. Sponsors must provide their own equipment unless otherwise agreed. Booths must remain staffed during festival hours, with no early breakdown unless authorized. Sales, giveaways, and activities require advance organizer approval.

4. Weather & Event Changes
This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Georgia Art Events may adjust the layout, schedule, or activities because of weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.

5. Safety & Responsibility
Sponsors are responsible for their staff, equipment, materials, and activities, including any required permits or insurance. Sponsors must maintain a safe, clean space and follow organizer instructions.

6. Photography & Promotional Use
Sponsors authorize Georgia Art Events to photograph or film their booths, displays, and event participation and use that material for current and future event promotion without additional compensation. This permission covers only rights the sponsor is authorized to grant and does not extend to unrelated attendees or other individuals.

7. Agreement
By submitting a sponsorship application, the sponsor agrees to these terms and the details of its approved sponsorship package or written Sponsorship Agreement.
