About the application

Our inaugural Strongman Teams Oktoberfest Festival will host hundreds of athletes and over 10,000 spectators. Sponsors gain prime exposure via logos on banners, official T-shirts, and social media. We offer booth spaces, free tickets, and direct engagement. The festival features live music, diverse vendors—including local food and beer—plus a kid’s strongman competition, attracting families. Expect signature events like a team fire truck pull. Be a foundational partner in establishing this premier annual celebration of strength, community, and family!

Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to sponsor the Strongman Team Event, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: Sponsorship Payment Full sponsorship payment is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sponsorship benefits will not be provided until payment has been received. Sponsor Recognition Sponsors will receive the promotional benefits associated with their selected sponsorship level as outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Event organizers reserve the right to determine the placement, size, and presentation of sponsor logos and advertisements. Logo & Marketing Materials Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and any promotional materials by the deadline established by the event organizers. The sponsor grants permission for the event organizers to use the sponsor's name, logo, and approved marketing materials for event promotion. Event Changes The event organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, activities, or venue details if necessary. Sponsorship benefits will be fulfilled as reasonably possible in the event of changes. Cancellation Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. If the event is postponed, sponsorships will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Conduct Sponsors must conduct themselves in a professional manner and comply with all venue rules and applicable laws. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any sponsor whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the event. Liability Sponsors participate at their own risk and agree that the event organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft related to sponsorship participation.
