Silver Sponsorship

As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive: • 1/3 page ad in event program • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor on promotional materials • Recognition on OBA social media post with five other Silver Sponsors. • Inclusion as a stop on the Vendor Scavenger Hunt Giveaway. • Your logo included in a program slide show displayed between sessions and in the pre-function area. Silver sponsors will be featured six per slide. • 2 tickets to the Annual Luncheon • 2 tickets to the Delegate’s Breakfast • Inclusion in the "Sponsor Thank You" in the Oklahoma Bar Journal • Table in pre-function area if desired. • Inclusion in our “Visit our vendors” preview email to Annual Meeting attendees.

• Submission of application does not guarantee sponsorship of Annual Meeting. • A waitlist may be used depending on the number of submissions and space available. • If selected, vendors must follow all venue rules and OBA policies. If vendor table is requested: • Set up for vendor booths may begin at 1 p.m. on Monday July 8. • All items must be removed and packed up by noon on Friday, July 12. • Submission is for one 6' x 30" table. • Any items requiring shipping to and from the venue may be an additional cost determined by the venue and will be billed separately.
