By submitting payment and/or participating as a Silver Sponsor for The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Silver Sponsorship benefits are activated upon receipt of full sponsorship payment and approval by The Family Gwinnett.
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.
Silver Sponsor promotional benefits include:
Social media recognition
Event acknowledgements
Logo placement on select promotional materials
Community partnership recognition
Benefits may vary depending on sponsorship timing, availability, and marketing deadlines.
Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos, advertisements, and promotional materials by the requested deadlines to receive promotional benefits.
The Family Gwinnett is not responsible for delays in sponsor recognition resulting from late submission of materials.
Sponsorship does not guarantee exclusive marketing rights unless agreed upon in writing.
Sponsors agree that all materials, displays, promotions, and activities associated with their sponsorship must align with the family-friendly standards and mission of the event.
Sponsors may not promote illegal, offensive, discriminatory, explicit, or prohibited products or services.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to refuse or remove any sponsorship materials or activities deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event mission.
Sponsors participating onsite are responsible for their own displays, staffing, setup materials, and promotional items unless otherwise agreed upon.
Sponsors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, county, and state laws and regulations.
This is a rain-or-shine event. Sponsorship fees will not be refunded due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.
The Family Gwinnett, South Gwinnett High School, Gwinnett County Public Schools, sponsors, volunteers, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged sponsor property or materials.
Sponsors grant permission for The Family Gwinnett to use sponsor names, logos, event participation photos, and promotional materials for advertising, marketing, and social media purposes.
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, volunteers, vendors, staff, and community partners.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to modify event schedules, layouts, programming, and logistics as necessary.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect future sponsorship opportunities.
By signing below, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Silver Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
