Ghost Level Sponsorship - $1,000

The benefits of this sponsorship level include: - Organization logo on a printed marketing for the event - Organization logo on social media marketing for the event - Organization logo and information on the event website - Logo banner displayed at the event - Mention by MC throughout the event - Complimentary booth space at the event

This is agreement is made between the sponsor named in this application and the City of Belmont for the aforementioned event. The City of Belmont agrees to provide the products and services as they pertain to the sponsorship level selected. The City of Belmont shall not be held liable for failure to perform their obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to acts beyond their control including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of public enemy, acts of government, civil disobedience or other causes beyond the City of Belmont control. Payment is due at the time of contract with no refunds after 7 days. Sponsors agree to supply high resolution graphic images, camera ready logos and company information as needed to fulfill the sponsorship level chosen by attaching them to this application. The applicant further gives the City of Belmont permission to use photographs taken during the event for publicity purposes. The undersigned agrees to indemnity and hold harmless the City of Belmont, affiliated staff, board of directors, and volunteers in regard to all liability for any damages to personal property, loss of life, personal injury, or theft that may be sustained in connection with this event.
