Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater as a Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table. This sponsorship opportunity combines enhanced brand visibility with direct attendee engagement, allowing sponsors to become part of one of the event's signature seasonal offerings while promoting their business in person.
Sponsorship Confirmation
The Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table fee is $300 and is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is secured once payment has been received and processed.
All sponsorship fees are non-refundable except as outlined below.
Sponsor Benefits
Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsors + Promotional Table receive:
• Sponsorship of one signature holiday cocktail served during the event
• Brand recognition on event signage and cocktail menus
• Social media promotion leading up to the event
• On-site acknowledgment during the event
• One promotional table space
• Opportunity to showcase products and services directly to attendees
• Direct engagement with an engaged and diverse audience
All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®.
Promotional Table & Event Setup
Sponsors are responsible for providing their own table, tablecloth, displays, signage, promotional materials, and décor.
Two chairs will be provided by the venue.
To maintain the quality and appearance of the venue, glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, tape, or any materials that may damage walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures are prohibited. Nothing may be attached to venue walls, doors, windows, or furnishings.
Sponsors may be held financially responsible for any venue damage fees resulting from their setup, displays, staff, products, or activities.
Sponsors may promote and distribute information related to their business, products, and services but must do so in a professional manner that aligns with the event atmosphere and guest experience.
Marketing & Promotion
Sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, and customer outreach. Collaborative promotion helps increase visibility for both the sponsor and the event while generating excitement for the holiday shopping experience.
Responsibility & Liability
Sponsors are solely responsible for their products, services, promotional materials, displays, staff, representatives, and activities during the event.
Centered & Sexy® and its affiliates, venue partners, volunteers, and representatives shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, nor for injuries, accidents, claims, damages, or incidents arising from sponsor participation.
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to remove, decline, or restrict any promotional materials, products, displays, messaging, or activities that do not align with the event's mission, audience, values, or standards.
Sponsorship Availability
Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table opportunities are limited. Each event offers a limited number of cocktail sponsorship opportunities. Once all available sponsorship opportunities have been claimed, registration for this sponsorship category will close regardless of sponsorship level selected.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event.
Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship fees paid.
If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits and commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By participating as a Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all event policies, venue requirements, and sponsorship guidelines established by Centered & Sexy®.
