About the event

The Magnolia Springs Firefighter Festival is an annual event that supports the Magnolia Springs Volunteer Fire Department. Relax under the majestic oak trees while listening to local bands, eating food made by your neighborhood firefighters and shop local arts and crafts vendors. We even have a spot for the kids to have fun! Free parking is available on site. Admission is free.

About the application

The Magnolia Springs Volunteer Fire Department has been serving the citizens of Magnolia Springs and surrounding areas since 1961. Run entirely by volunteers, the department responds to around 500 calls for service each year for fires, medical emergencies, auto accidents and other emergency incidents. The Magnolia Springs Firefighter Festival is a way for the department to raises funds to continue to provide a high level of service and equipment to the citizens and visitors of our community. The Magnolia Springs Firefighter Festival is a growing festival with over 1,700 attendees in 2024 raising over $18,000. Without your support and sponsorship this would be impossible, so we appreciate your support for our department.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsor will need to pay to secure sponsorship. No spots are held; first come first get. Please let us know your t-shirt size and if you would like a vendor spot as well (only applies to the levels that states vendor spots). Please note that all sponsorships needs to be done by SEPT. 18, 2024, so we can get all shirts and banners made with your logos on them. If you sponsor after that date we cannot promise you that your logo will be on the items stated in your sponsorship. Thank you for your support.
