Hello potential sponsors for The Kawaii Fall Festival 2026!

Thank you for your support in our celebration of kawaii culture where we foster the community's desire to connect with like-minded individuals to promote creativity, support of local artists, and have a fun night out making memories. :)

This year's event will be on Sat, Oct 17th 2026 with the event open to the public between 4pm and 9pm.

We are in search of a few sponsors to help us cover the costs for this event. Sponsor donations can cover costs like rental equipment, decorations, activities supplies, advertising, water bottles for vendors & volunteers, staff pay, and other costs associated with running the festival.

We are still growing as we enter our third year hosting the event. Our first year was small with a crowd of about 200 coming out to support a few kawaii artists. Year 2 we had a bigger crowd of around 450 to support the artists, and participate in a few activities - we unfortuntely got rained out halfway through or else we may have had a larger turnout. In Year 3, we have a bigger vision for more fun activities and a steady amount of artists/vendors as we transitioned from a Summer Day market (whew it was hot ) to an Evening Cozy Fall market (yay for better weather and vibes). We have also been advertising the event better and earlier this year, so we are hoping for a larger turn out than last year, hopefully closer to 1000 attendees. Our methods of advertising includes :

• Visibility on Eventeny for better searchability 
• FB event post for visibility and searchability, especially in that it is shareable between users & searchable under the FB Events tab, and allows FB users to interact with the event for reminders and intended attendance. The event post is also boosted to reach more eyes.
• FB and IG posts about the event, including posts about vendors, activities, and sponsors for attendees to learn about. There will be an interactive stories-based promo and Threads-based promo in mid September and early October.
• The event will be submitted to multiple local event directories and local news outlets for better searchability and visibility. 
• Event flyers and posters will be available at the host location starting in mid september to promote locally. The venue will also be able to post about the event on their website.
• If we are given permission, we also intend to make a banner to post outside the venue for street visibility at least two weeks before the event.

As a Sponsor, you will receive various promos in return for your donation. 

• Online promos including your logo on our website, and a dedicated post on our socials about you and your business.
• Your logo will be included on printed materials such as flyers, the event map, and any other informational prints for the event. Some flyers will be made in mid September to post at the venue - if you have not submitted your sponsorship before then, your log may not be on that print until the next print batch is made. 
• A thank you presentation for all sponsors will be shown in between the end of the fashion show and the beginning of the free movie screening at half way through the event- which will be a great time for attendees to tune in. If you have a booth at the event, we will point attendees in your direction.
• You can either have a vendor-sponsor booth (limited availability) to self-promote your wares or services during the event, OR we can showcase promo materials at the Info Booth for curious attendees to learn more.

We ask for a minimum of $100 for Sponsor donations. Under Vendor Applications, we have a few Vendor-Sponsor booths available for $125 where you enjoy the vendor package while also tabling to sell your wares or services at a corner booth. When those spots are full, we will be unable to offer a dedicated booth, but we can advertise you at the Info Desk during the event with any provided promo materials including demonstations, flyers/pamplets, or posters.

All applications received will only be viewed by the event organizer. Contact information will be obtained for the purpose of communication about the event and any sponsorship related exchange of information.

Sponsorships must align in values with the Kawaii Fall Fest's mission of spreading kawaii / cute culture. While the sponsor individual, business, or organization does not have to directly sell or serve kawaii related items or services, they must accept the culture we promote. 

Sponsors that submit later than mid September may not be able to receive all print related perks until closer to the event, such as promo flyers and banners to advertise the event in advance. 

In exchange for a monetary donation of at least $100, you will receive the aforementioned sponsor perks.
