About the event

We are so excited to announce The 6th Annual Shelbyville Fall Art & Craft Festival! A two-day event featuring over 100 artists, crafters, music, food trucks from around the region. We will have a children's area featuring a petting zoo, face painters, and more! A fun and dog-friendly event located at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. We welcome artists, crafters, and authors to offer their wares ranging from metal, jewelry, glass, candle, soap, wood, paper, decorative fiber, oil paint, watercolors, ceramics, basketry, jams, honey, breads, bakery items and much, much more! Dates and Times of the Event Saturday, September 5, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday, September 6, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

About the application

We believe that your company's values align with our mission of promoting artisans and small businesses, while providing assistance for a local charity. Your sponsorship will help us make this event a great success! Your company will receive the following benefits outlined below on our price list. Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made. Please only submit your logo/artwork for advertising purposes. Sponsors will be provided with a banner, table and chair (s). Please keep your items within your booth space. Saturday morning 7:00 PM – 9:45 AM. Show will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday Show opens 11:00 AM to 4:00 Sunday Tear down is after 4:00 PM on Sunday Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 4:00 pm! No music allowed except approved by show management. Now onto the legal stuff... By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

Prices

Event Sponsor	$200.00	Non-refundable	Event sponsorship - 10' X 10' prime outdoor space near the front door of Floral Hall. A 3' X 5" banner above your booth thanking you for being our Event Sponsor!
Valued Supporter	$400.00	Non-refundable	10' X 10' prime located inside and near the entrance of Floral Hall or the outdoor pavilion. A 3' X 5' banner for your booth to thank you for being a Valued Supporter of our event! Your logo on yard signs, banners and social media ads.
Presenting Sponsor	$600.00	Non-refundable	20' X 20' or two 10' x 10' booths (If you would like to be in two different areas) with a location of your choice (One 10' x 10' space in the Pavilion, one space Just outside Floral Hall or anywhere on the front lawn) A 3' X 5' banner for your booth thank you for being a Presenting Supporter of our event! Your company's name and logo on yard signs, banners, website and social media ads.
Children's Area Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	20' X 20' or two 10' x 10' booths (If you would like to be in two different areas) with a location of your choice (Pavilion, Just outside Floral Hall or the front lawn) A 4' X 5' banner at the entrance over the children's area thanking you for being a Children's Area Sponsor! Your company's name and logo on yard signs, banners, website and social media ads.
