About the event

PalmCon has been a staple in the Florida comic scene since 2011 - hosting shows all over Palm Beach County. We have developed an amazing following of some pretty terrific fans along with a reputation of being fun and family focused comic and pop culture event. This November we are returning to Port St. Lucie with PalmCon: Treasure Coast. What to expect from PalmCon? TWO DAYS of fun, artist, vendors, special guests, activities, games, costume contests, and so much more!

About the application

Promote your brand to thousands of attendees at PalmCon: Treasure Coast - Where Fandom Meets Fun! Our Wristband / Badge Sponsorshipincludes: Your large logo displayed on the PalmCon website in the Sponsor Section with a link to your website (or social media channel) that will remain for TWO months after the show. Social Media “shout-out” with links as a Sponsor of PalmCon. Your Brand Name (logo) printed on our wristbands -worn by all attendees and your your Brand Name (logo) printed on all badges worn by our vendors, artists, staff, and VIPS Four VIP Passes to PalmCon: Treasure Coast

We are excited to have you join us in making PalmCon: Treasure Coast the BEST show possible! Please note the following terms you agree to by becoming a Sponsor at PalmCon: Treasure Coast 2025 -  Sponsors must comply with all local, state and federal laws, and will not hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damage to themselves or their property. All Sponsors agree to hold blameless the Mid-Florida Event Center, Cosmic Times Media Group, InfinityCon, PalmCon and all PalmCon staff members and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said exhibitors participation in PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025. The Sponsor is 100% responsible for their vehicle (s).  You agree that PalmCon can add your contact information into our email database to receive updates on future shows.   By attending PalmCon: Treasure Coast - 2025 you acknowledge and agree to grant PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC the right at the event to photograph or capture your likeness and/or the likeness of your minor children for use on social media and print advertisement without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to PalmCon / Cosmic Times Media Group LLC includes, but is not limited to the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.   PalmCon reserves the right to change, amend, and add to the rules and regulations of the show at anytime. In the event that any new rules are added that prevent you from selling your core product, you will be notified and refunded in full.
