In-Kind Sponsor

Not every sponsorship comes in the form of a financial contribution.

Centered & Sexy® welcomes approved in-kind contributions that help support and enhance the overall event experience. In-Kind Sponsors may contribute professional services, products, creative expertise, event support, giveaways, supplies, or other resources that meet a current event need.

As an In-Kind Sponsor of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience, your contribution becomes part of the event while providing an opportunity for your business, organization, or brand to receive recognition for its support.

Sponsor recognition is based on the type and value of the approved contribution and may include social media recognition, event signage when applicable, on-site acknowledgment, or inclusion in event-related content.

In-Kind Sponsorship is open to businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, artisans, and creative professionals whose products or services align with the needs and overall experience of the event.

All proposed contributions are reviewed before acceptance. Approval is based on current event needs, relevance, value, and how the contribution will be used. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

In-Kind Sponsor Terms & Conditions
Centered & Sexy® welcomes approved in-kind contributions of products, services, professional expertise, event support, giveaways, supplies, and other resources that help support the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience.

Sponsorship Confirmation
Participation as an In-Kind Sponsor is subject to review and approval by Centered & Sexy®.

Acceptance is based on current event needs, the nature and value of the proposed contribution, how the contribution will be used, and overall event planning considerations.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved Contribution
In-Kind Sponsors agree to provide the products, services, resources, or professional expertise outlined in their approved application.

Any significant changes to an approved contribution must be communicated to and approved by Centered & Sexy® prior to fulfillment.

An approved in-kind contribution does not automatically include vendor space, product sales, service sales, product distribution, sampling, or an on-site promotional presence unless specifically approved by Centered & Sexy®.

Delivery & Fulfillment
Accepted In-Kind Sponsors are responsible for delivering, providing, or completing their approved contribution by the agreed-upon date, time, location, and method established with Centered & Sexy®.

Failure to provide the approved contribution without prior communication may result in the removal of associated sponsor benefits and may affect eligibility for future sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsor Recognition
Recognition for In-Kind Sponsors is based on the type, value, and use of the approved contribution.

Recognition may include:

Social media recognition
Event signage, when applicable
On-site acknowledgment
Inclusion in event-related or recap content
The specific recognition provided will be determined by Centered & Sexy® based on the approved contribution.

All logos, branding materials, promotional content, and business information must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®.

Late submission of required materials may result in delayed or omitted sponsor recognition.

Marketing & Promotion
In-Kind Sponsors are encouraged to share their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, websites, email communications, and customer outreach.

Sponsors may use approved Centered & Sexy® event graphics and information when promoting their participation.

Sponsor Responsibilities
In-Kind Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all contributed products, services, materials, equipment, and activities are safe, appropriate, and suitable for their intended use.

Sponsors providing professional services are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, or other requirements applicable to the services they provide.

All In-Kind Sponsors must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, venue requirements, and event policies.

Responsibility & Liability
In-Kind Sponsors are solely responsible for the products, services, equipment, materials, staff, representatives, and activities associated with their approved contribution.

Centered & Sexy®, its representatives, volunteers, and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to an In-Kind Sponsor.

Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to accept, decline, request modifications to, or discontinue any contribution that does not align with the event's needs, audience, standards, venue requirements, or overall experience.

Sponsorship Availability
In-Kind Sponsorship opportunities are limited and based on the specific needs of each event.

Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to determine which products, services, resources, or professional contributions are needed and how accepted contributions will be incorporated into the event.

An offer to provide a product or service does not create an obligation for Centered & Sexy® to accept the contribution or provide sponsor recognition.

Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event.

If the event is rescheduled, approved In-Kind Sponsor commitments will transfer to the new event date unless otherwise agreed upon by Centered & Sexy® and the sponsor.

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, Centered & Sexy® will communicate with each affected In-Kind Sponsor regarding the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the contribution. When applicable, this may include returning unused products, canceling or rescheduling services, or another mutually agreed-upon arrangement.

Agreement
Submission of an In-Kind Sponsor application constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By participating as an In-Kind Sponsor, the applicant agrees to fulfill the approved contribution and comply with all applicable event policies, venue requirements, and participation guidelines established by Centered & Sexy®.
