Join Duval Starz Cheer & Dance Showcase as a valued corporate or community partner and help us celebrate youth achievement, athletic excellence, leadership, and community pride.
Our regional cheer and dance competitions bring together youth athletes, coaches, families, schools, recreational programs, and community organizations from across Florida and Georgia.
We invite businesses, corporations, community organizations, and individual supporters to partner with us through event sponsorships, brand partnerships, spectator ticket sponsorships, product donations, and youth development support.
Sponsorship opportunities include:

Product and in-kind partnerships
Youth scholarships and community impact sponsorships
Sponsors may support the Bold City Glow Up Showdown or inquire about additional opportunities throughout our regional event series.

Event Participation
Sponsors receiving an approved on-site activation or display space will receive separate instructions regarding parking, load-in, setup, breakdown, and venue requirements.
Food distribution, sampling, or sales must be approved in advance and comply with applicable licensing, food safety, and venue requirements.

Duval Starz Cheer & Dance Showcase — Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
1. Application and Acceptance
All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by Duval Starz Cheer & Dance Showcase. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, exclusive sponsorship rights, or event participation.
2. Sponsorship Fees and Payment
Sponsorship amounts are based on the package selected. Payment must be completed according to the payment terms established during registration. Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until the application is approved and payment arrangements are confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once approved and paid, except where otherwise required by law or agreed in writing. If the organizer cancels the event without providing a replacement event or comparable agreed benefit, the sponsor will be offered a refund of the unfulfilled portion of the sponsorship or an agreed credit. Any alternative arrangement must be accepted by the sponsor.
4. Sponsorship Benefits and Deliverables
Benefits are limited to those specifically listed in the selected sponsorship package and confirmed in writing. Benefits may include logo placement, event signage, announcements, digital promotion, spectator tickets, or approved activation space. Additional benefits require separate written approval.
5. Brand Materials and Promotion
Sponsors must provide approved logos, advertisements, and promotional materials by the organizer's stated deadlines. Sponsors confirm they have the right to use all materials submitted. Duval Starz may use approved sponsor names and logos for agreed event-related promotional purposes.
6. On-Site Participation and Setup
Sponsors receiving activation or display space must follow all assigned setup, parking, loading, and breakdown instructions. Specific times and locations will be provided before the event. Sponsors are responsible for their own equipment, materials, staffing, and cleanup unless otherwise agreed.
7. Food, Beverages, and Product Distribution
Food preparation, sampling, beverage distribution, and product giveaways require advance organizer and venue approval. All participating sponsors must comply with applicable health, safety, licensing, fire, and facility requirements. Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, and other age-inappropriate promotional materials are prohibited.
8. Conduct and Youth Safety
All sponsors and representatives must maintain professional conduct and comply with venue policies and organizer instructions. Sponsors may not conduct unsupervised activities with minors or collect personal information from youth participants without appropriate authorization.
9. Liability and Insurance
Sponsors are responsible for their personnel, property, equipment, and activities. Sponsors conducting on-site activations may be required to provide proof of liability insurance and any additional insured endorsements required by the organizer or venue. Each party remains responsible for its own negligent or wrongful acts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Event Changes and Force Majeure
The organizer may adjust event schedules, layouts, and operations due to safety, venue requirements, severe weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If material sponsorship benefits cannot be provided, the parties will discuss reasonable replacement benefits, credits, or refunds for the unfulfilled portion.
11. Charitable Contributions
Sponsorship payments are not automatically charitable donations or tax-deductible contributions. Any charitable gift processed through an eligible nonprofit fiscal sponsor must be separately documented and handled in accordance with applicable requirements. The charitable status of any payment depends on the recipient, purpose, and benefits provided.
12. Agreement
By submitting this application, the sponsor acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these terms, the selected package conditions, and any additional written sponsorship agreement executed by the parties.

Team Spectator Sponsors help provide admission tickets for designated youth groups or families who may otherwise be unable to attend. Sponsorships are available from $250 to $1,000, with recognition as a STARZ Team Spectator Partner. Event Signage and Activation Space does not apply. |
| In-kind sponsorship | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Support Duval Starz through products, services, or resources that enhance our cheer and dance competitions. We welcome appropriate donations of athlete gifts, snacks, bottled water, apparel, awards, printing, promotional items, gift cards, equipment, and event services. Recognition opportunities are based on the approved contribution and its agreed value. Package-specific terms: All products and services must be approved before delivery. Sponsors are responsible for transportation, product condition, and agreed delivery deadlines. Food products must meet applicable food safety requirements. In-kind value does not automatically qualify for cash sponsorship benefits. Any tax acknowledgment must accurately describe the contribution. Event Signage does not apply. Activation space only applies if it supports the distribution of products. |
| Youth Scholarship & Community Impact Sponsor | $100.00 | Non-refundable | Make a meaningful investment in youth opportunity! Scholarship and Community Impact Sponsors help support eligible youth athletes through approved participation assistance, performance opportunities, and youth development initiatives.
