Terms & Conditions

Payment Deadline: Payment and high-resolution logo must be received by June 15. Exclusive Recognition: Sponsor will be announced on stage prior to the fireworks show with: “Tonight’s Fireworks brought to you by [Your Business]!” Stage Mention: A thank-you mention will be delivered before the National Anthem. Tickets: Includes 6 VIP admission tickets to July Fest 2025. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval. Signage: Logo will be featured on a Fireworks Sponsor banner on the main stage. Recognition: Sponsor will receive a dedicated social media spotlight and website mention. City Discretion: City may adjust signage or acknowledgments for weather or logistics. Brand Approval: Sponsor must align with Gun Barrel City’s public values.
