As a Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience, your investment helps create one of the event's signature seasonal experiences while placing your brand in front of an engaged audience that values community, connection, and memorable celebrations. Your sponsorship helps enhance the guest experience while providing valuable brand recognition through event marketing, social media promotion, signature cocktail menu placement, event signage, and on-site visibility. This application includes two sponsorship opportunities: Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor ($150) Ideal for businesses seeking promotional visibility and brand recognition through sponsorship of one of the event's featured signature holiday cocktails. Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table ($300) Perfect for businesses that want the benefits of cocktail sponsorship while also engaging directly with attendees through a promotional table during the event. Terms & Conditions

Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience as a Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor. Our Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsorships help enhance the guest experience by associating your brand with one of the event's featured signature holiday cocktails while providing meaningful promotional visibility. Sponsorship Options This application includes the following sponsorship opportunities: Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor – $150 Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table – $300 Sponsorship Confirmation Sponsorship payment is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is considered secured once payment has been received and processed. All sponsorship investments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Event Changes or Cancellation section below. Sponsor Benefits Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor ($150) Sponsors receive: Brand recognition on the signature holiday cocktail menu Brand recognition on event sponsor signage One dedicated social media recognition post This sponsorship is intended to provide promotional visibility and brand recognition. It does not include vendor space, product sales, service demonstrations, sampling opportunities, product distribution, or direct promotional activations unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table ($300) Sponsors receive all benefits of the Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor, plus: One promotional table during the event Priority table placement Opportunity to promote products and services directly to attendees On-site sponsor acknowledgment Opportunity to distribute promotional materials All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®. Marketing & Promotion Sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, websites, and customer outreach efforts. Collaborative promotion benefits both the sponsor and the event by expanding visibility, increasing engagement, and strengthening community connections. Sponsor Responsibilities Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, branding materials, and promotional information by the requested submission deadlines. Sponsors selecting the Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table option are responsible for providing their own table display, décor, promotional materials, and any equipment needed for their exhibit unless otherwise communicated. Centered & Sexy® is not responsible for delays in sponsor recognition resulting from late submission of required materials. Responsibility & Liability Sponsors acknowledge that sponsorship benefits are limited to those outlined within their selected sponsorship level. Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to remove, decline, or restrict any promotional materials, logos, messaging, products, or branding that do not align with the event's mission, audience, values, or standards. Sponsors participating with a promotional table are solely responsible for the security of their products, displays, equipment, and personal property throughout the event. Sponsorship Availability Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsorships are intentionally limited to maintain exclusivity and maximize sponsor visibility. A total of three (3) Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsorships are available per event, regardless of sponsorship level selected. Once all three sponsorships have been secured, applications will close. Event Changes or Cancellation In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event. Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship investments paid. If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits and commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date. Agreement Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By participating as a Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor, the applicant agrees to abide by all event policies and understands that Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the event, its attendees, and its sponsors.

This sponsorship includes all the benefits of the Signature Holiday Cocktail Experience Sponsor, plus one promotional table, priority table placement, on-site sponsor acknowledgment, and the opportunity to distribute promotional materials and interact with guests throughout the event. This opportunity is ideal for businesses looking to increase brand visibility, build meaningful connections, and combine the promotional value of a signature holiday cocktail sponsorship with the ability to showcase their products or services in person during this festive community event.
