Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsor Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater as a Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsor. Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsors help enhance the guest experience by supporting one of the event's signature seasonal beverages while gaining meaningful brand visibility throughout the event.
Sponsorship Confirmation
The Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsorship fee is $150 and is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is secured once payment has been received and processed.
All sponsorship fees are non-refundable except as outlined below.
Sponsor Benefits
Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsors receive:
Sponsorship of one signature seasonal beverage served during the event
Brand recognition on event signage and beverage menus
Social media promotion leading up to the event
On-site acknowledgment during the event
Brand visibility among event attendees and community supporters
Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsorship does not include vendor space, product sales, service demonstrations, product distribution, or direct promotional activations at the event.
All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®.
Marketing & Promotion
Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, and customer outreach. Collaborative promotion helps increase visibility for both the sponsor and the event.
Responsibility & Liability
Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsors understand that sponsorship benefits are limited to the promotional opportunities outlined above and do not include physical event participation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to remove, decline, or restrict any promotional materials, branding, messaging, or sponsorship participation that does not align with the event's mission, audience, values, or standards.
Sponsorship Availability
Sponsorship opportunities are limited. Each event offers a limited number of Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsorships. Once all available sponsorship opportunities have been claimed, registration will close regardless of sponsorship level selected.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event.
Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship fees paid.
If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits and commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By participating as a Featured Holiday Beverage Sponsor, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all event policies, sponsorship guidelines, and venue requirements established by Centered & Sexy®.
