By submitting this online sponsorship form and completing payment, you (“the Sponsor”) agree to the following: 1.Sponsorship Commitment Submission and payment confirm your intent to sponsor the event. Sponsorships are non-transferable without prior approval. 2.Payment Terms Full payment is required to activate sponsor benefits. No benefits will be honored until payment is received. 3.Refund Policy Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organizer. If the event is postponed, sponsor benefits will be transferred. 4.Logo & Brand Use You grant permission to use your name and logo in promotional materials. Logos must be submitted in high-res format prior to event. Event branding may not be used without permission. 5.Booth/Activation Guidelines (if applicable) Sponsors must follow all setup guidelines. No offensive or disruptive materials are permitted. Electricity, internet, or special needs must be pre-approved. 6.Behavior Expectations Sponsors must maintain professionalism and cultural respect. The Organizer reserves the right to revoke participation for any reason. 7.Liability Sponsors are liable for their own materials, team, and setup. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for damages, loss, or injury. 8.Modifications: The Organizer may adjust the schedule, layout, or programming for operational needs.
