Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in supporting Centered & Sexy® Under the Autumn Sky as a Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor. Our Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsorships help elevate the guest experience by connecting your brand with one of the event's featured signature cocktails while providing meaningful promotional visibility.
Sponsorship Options
Applicants may choose one of the following sponsorship opportunities:
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor – $150
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table – $300
Sponsorship Confirmation
Sponsorship payment is due upon approval.
Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is considered secured once payment has been received and processed.
All sponsorship investments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Event Changes or Cancellation section below.
Sponsor Benefits
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor ($150)
Sponsors receive:
Brand recognition on the signature cocktail menu
Brand recognition on event sponsor signage
One dedicated social media recognition post
This sponsorship is intended to provide promotional visibility and brand recognition. It does not include vendor space, product sales, service demonstrations, sampling opportunities, or direct promotional activations unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table ($300)
Sponsors receive all benefits of the Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor, plus:
One promotional table during the event
Priority table placement
Opportunity to promote products and services directly to attendees
On-site sponsor acknowledgment
Opportunity to distribute promotional materials
All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®.
Marketing & Promotion
Sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, websites, and customer outreach efforts.
Collaborative promotion benefits both the sponsor and the event by expanding visibility, increasing engagement, and strengthening community connections.
Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, branding materials, and promotional information by the requested submission deadlines.
Sponsors selecting the Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor + Promotional Table are also responsible for providing their own table display, décor, promotional materials, and any equipment needed for their exhibit unless otherwise communicated.
Centered & Sexy® is not responsible for delays in sponsor recognition resulting from late submission of required materials.
Responsibility & Liability
Sponsors acknowledge that sponsorship benefits are limited to those outlined within their selected sponsorship level.
Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to refuse, remove, or discontinue the use of any promotional materials, logos, messaging, products, or branding that do not align with the event's mission, audience, standards, or community values.
Sponsors participating with a promotional table are solely responsible for the security of their products, displays, equipment, and personal property throughout the event.
Sponsorship Availability
Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsorships are intentionally limited to maintain exclusivity and maximize sponsor visibility.
A limited number of Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsorships are available for each event. Once all sponsorship opportunities have been filled, applications will close.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event.
Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship investments paid.
If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By participating as a Signature Cocktail Experience Sponsor, the sponsor agrees to abide by all event policies and understands that Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the event, its attendees, and its sponsors.
