High & Dry Festival – Festival Passport Sponsor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating as a Festival Passport Sponsor (“Sponsor”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsorship Overview
The Festival Passport is an interactive guide used by attendees throughout the event to explore brands, track favorites, and engage with the festival experience.
2. Sponsorship Inclusions
Festival Passport Sponsors will receive:
A dedicated 2-page feature within the Festival Passport
Logo placement on the event website and festival map
2 VIP + 8 GA tickets
Social media and newsletter inclusion
3. Content Submission Requirements
Sponsors are responsible for providing all content for their Passport feature
Content may include brand messaging, imagery, and optional call-to-action
All content must be submitted by the specified deadline
Late submissions may result in:
Omission from the Passport, or
Use of default logo placement only
4. Content Approval
All submitted materials are subject to approval by High & Dry Festival.
We reserve the right to:
Request edits or revisions
Adjust layout or formatting for consistency
Reject content that does not align with event standards
5. Design & Formatting
Final Passport layout and design will be managed by the event team
Sponsors must provide assets in requested formats (to be provided)
The event team has final control over layout and placement
6. Branding Materials
Sponsors must provide logo files and creative assets by the requested deadline
Failure to meet deadlines may impact inclusion in promotional materials
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once confirmed
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, sponsorship will transfer to the new date
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed deadlines
8. Liability
Sponsors are responsible for:
Accuracy of submitted content
Rights to use all provided images and materials
High & Dry Festival is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or late submissions.
9. Right to Refuse or Modify
High & Dry Festival reserves the right to:
Deny any sponsorship application
Modify or remove content that does not meet event standards
No refunds will be issued in cases of non-compliance.
10. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
