** IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING - This Application is for MTGWA Member Exhibitors only, who must provide FREE tasting/sampling of their products to Festival attendees at the Grand Tasting sessions. - Please review the WFFW GUIDE and RULES AND REGULATIONS, both linked below under "Related Files", before proceeding with the application. - For other application types, please visit https://www.whitefishfoodandwine.com/apply ** MTGWA BEVERAGE EXHIBITOR Details At-a-Glance: --------------------------------------------- - The MTGWA setup includes 8' serving tables, back tables for storage/display, linens, dump buckets, water bottles, bus tubs and bags of ice during each Grand Tasting session. - The Festival will provide a standard format sign with your winery logo and QR code to identify your booth. - You also have the option to pay an additional fee to access to the ATTENDEE LEAD CAPTURE program to scan Attendee tickets at your booth for customer follow-ups. - Exhibitors must supply their beverage products at zero net cost to the Festival. The Festival will work with your distributor and product team to ensure compliance with all Montana laws for alcohol product donations. - The Festival will provide temp-controlled storage for cold products. - Please make sure to include any special requests/requirements you would like the Festival to consider in the provided field. - If you have any additional questions before you apply, email exhibitor@whitefishfoodandwine.com
