Terms and Conditions for Sponsors 1. Commitment: By signing up for a sponsorship package, the sponsor agrees to provide the necessary contributions as outlined in their chosen package. 2. Payment: Full payment must be received at time of application of signing the sponsorship agreement or 30 days prior to the event date for marketing ad opportunities. 3. Logos and Branding: Sponsors must provide a high-resolution version of their logo for promotional materials. Logos must be submitted by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion. 4. Marketing and Promotion: Sponsors must approve any promotional materials featuring their logo or name prior to distribution. Xtreme Dreams Foundation reserves the right to use the sponsor's logo and name for promotional purposes. 5. Acknowledgment: Sponsors will receive acknowledgment as outlined in their package, including social media posts, website features, billboards, and event announcements. 6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS 7.
