Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Klickitat County Harvest Festival – October 18, 2025 Goldendale, WA By submitting a sponsorship for the Klickitat County Harvest Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Acceptance All sponsorships are subject to approval by event organizers. Once accepted, sponsors will receive a confirmation and request for any remaining materials (logos, banners, etc.). 2. Payment Sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. 3. Logo & Materials Sponsors are responsible for submitting high-quality logos, signage, and promotional materials by the requested deadline. If materials are not received by the deadline, we cannot guarantee inclusion in printed or digital promotional items. 4. Sponsor Recognition Recognition benefits (e.g. logos on flyers, banners, announcements) vary by sponsorship level. Open Amount/Harvest Helper sponsors will be listed by name unless otherwise requested. 5. On-Site Presence Sponsors providing booths, banners, or giveaways at the event must coordinate setup times and logistics with the event coordinator. All materials must be family-friendly and approved in advance. 6. Conduct Sponsors must represent their businesses in a professional and respectful manner. No political, discriminatory, or offensive content is allowed in sponsor displays or materials. 7. Liability The Klickitat County Harvest Festival, its organizers, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property during the event. 8. Cancellation or Changes The event is rain or shine. In the rare case of cancellation due to extreme weather or emergency, efforts will be made to reschedule. Sponsors will be notified promptly of any major changes to event plans.
