As a Gold Sponsor of the Charity Flea Market, you will receive: • 1- 10’x10’ booth space, 1 tent, 1 folding table, 2 chairs (if needed) Festival day • Tent(s), table(s), and chairs (if needed) • Volunteer from HTH will help to set up • Logo on all promotional posters, banners, advertisements, • Logo highlight(s) and tags in social media posts Please note that all sponsors will be asked to put a credit card on file to apply. If your preferred payment method is not a credit card, the card on file will NOT be charged.

Vendor Criteria: Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines The organizers of this event, including their agents, employees, and representatives, assume no liability or responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to a vendor's property, including goods for sale, that may occur on the premises or as a result of participation in the event. The vendor agrees to hold the event organizers, their agents, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to their property during the event.
