Bronze Sponsorship: Logo on event signage.

Jubilee Events and the Barnwell Community Organization are hosting the Butts, Spuds and Brews Festival. Obligations of sponsor are to make payment by deadline, submit logos and branding materials. Sponsors must abide by applicable state laws. Grant the organizer a limited non-exclusive license to use sponsors logos, trademarks or other event related materials for event. Refunds will not be given. Sponsor will not hold Barnwell Community Organization, Jubilee Events, Pirate's Pickles or Wild Magnolia Kombucha liable for any unforeseen circumstances or actions by any attendee behavior. Please protect any of our private or sensitive information as we will yours. This form and its terms constitute the full agreement superseding any prior discussions. Any changes to this agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. Sponsor may not transfer rights or obligations without the other parties consent.
