Pre-event benefits begin when the commitment (this application) is received and approved. To receive full pre-event benefits, commitment must be received by February 28, 2026. Benefits will phase in as commitments are received. All commitments must be received by March 20, 2026, and payment is requested within 30 days of the commitment date.
