Support Potato Days as a Small Business Sponsor! This sponsorship tier is designed for local and emerging businesses looking to gain brand exposure at Potato Days 2025. As a Small Business Sponsor, you’ll be featured in event promotions, receive on-site recognition, and show your community pride — all at an accessible rate.

By applying as a Small Business Sponsor for Potato Days 2025, you agree to the following terms: Eligibility & Approval Sponsorships are subject to approval by Potato Days LLC. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion. Payment & Deadlines Sponsorship fee is due within 14 days of invoice issuance. Sponsorship benefits commence once full payment is received. Late payment may result in withdrawal of sponsorship perks. Benefit Delivery Sponsorship benefits (e.g., logo placement, on-site recognition) will be delivered as described in the sponsorship package. Timely submission of artwork, logos, or promotional materials is required to ensure inclusion in event collateral. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A full refund (minus processing fees) will be made only if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before event setup. No refunds within 60 days of event. Indemnification & Insurance Sponsor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Potato Days LLC from any claims related to their sponsorship activities. Sponsors may be required to maintain general liability insurance covering event participation. Use of Sponsor Materials By submitting logo files and branding materials, you grant Potato Days LLC permission to use these assets in promotional and event-related materials. Exclusivity & Competition This sponsorship tier does not provide category exclusivity unless explicitly stated. Organizers reserve the right to accept additional sponsors in similar industries. Compliance & Conduct Sponsor agrees to comply with all event rules, local ordinances, and guidelines provided by the organizers. Potato Days LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke benefits for non-compliance. Cancellation of Event In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, sponsorship fees will be refunded minus non-recoverable costs and platform transaction fees.
