Become a valued sponsor of Salsa Sprouts: Loudoun Roots & Wonders—a vibrant, family-friendly festival at Loudoun County Fairgrounds on September 6, 2025, where we’ll attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Gardening Lesson! We are actively seeking both monetary sponsorship and in-kind support for: A 60x90-foot outdoor canopy/tent Benches with seating or tables and chairs for up to 700 participants Professional photographer and videographer services to capture the event Your sponsorship enables us to provide gardening kits, hands-on workshops, youth activities, and wellness programming for 700+ families, creating lasting community impact. Sponsors are recognized on event materials, banners, stage announcements, social media, and our website. Upon approval, you’ll receive detailed event-day instructions for setup, parking, and breakdown. Both cash and in-kind sponsorships are welcome and deeply appreciated. 1. Sponsorship Commitment Sponsors agree to provide committed funds or in-kind support (such as canopy/tent, seating, photography/videography, etc.) by the mutually agreed deadline and in accordance with the confirmed sponsorship level. 2. Recognition Sponsors will receive recognition as outlined in the sponsorship agreement, including but not limited to event materials, banners, social media, stage announcements, and the event website. 3. Use of Name & Logo By sponsoring, you grant WEBS Training Center permission to use your business name, logo, and brief description for event promotion and post-event publicity. 4. Event Participation Sponsors with an on-site presence must adhere to event setup and breakdown times, parking instructions, and Loudoun County Fairgrounds policies. Food or beverage sponsors must comply with all local health and safety regulations. 5. Indemnification & Liability Sponsors assume full responsibility for their property and personnel. WEBS Training Center, Loudoun County Fairgrounds, and event organizers are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEBS Training Center, the Fairgrounds, and all event partners from any claims arising from their participation. 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy Sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers and not rescheduled. In the event of cancellation due to weather or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, best efforts will be made to reschedule or provide equivalent recognition. 7. Compliance Sponsors must comply with all event rules, local ordinances, and fairgrounds policies. No promotion of illegal, discriminatory, or inappropriate content or products is permitted. 8. Photography & Promotion By participating, sponsors consent to the use of event photos, video, and sponsor information for promotional purposes by WEBS Training Center and its partners. 9. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a sponsorship application and/or participating in the event, sponsors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
