About the application

As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine. As a sponsor, your booth will share the event space and will have room for a 10x10 tent. Please note that we do not provide tent or table but if needed, please reach out to Bobby, fees may apply. In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to Bobby at bkittel@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleas send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

Terms & Conditions

Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited. No food or drink may be given away or sold at Exhibitor booths without prior approval from South Riding. You may contact Bobby Kittel at bkittel@southriding.net No refunds will be given for ANY reason.
