Acceptance is granted on a first returned basis until all spots are filled. Prime spaces are given in the order in which they are received complete.
Setup begins on Saturday at 6:30am. If you choose to participate in the Friday night Chicken BBQ on Liftbridge Ln, please email info@fairportcanaldays.com to make arrangements for setup and tear down.
Terms & Conditions
As a sponsor I agree that:
· My display area will be staffed at all times during the show hours and I will not sublet or place any other business or organization in my space.
· All activity will be confined to my designated display area.
· I will be prepared for any kind of weather with appropriate rain covers, tie downs, and weights. Spikes are not allowed! And all tables must be draped to the ground.
· Generators are only allowed if silent and fume free.
· I will not sell or give away balloons, nor have clowns or other attractions in my booth area. All activities or give-a-ways in my booth must be approved by the sponsorship chairmen.
· The Village of Fairport, the Fairport-Perinton Merchants Association, Inc. and individual merchants will not be held responsible for any theft, loss of property or personal injury suffered during or as a result of participation in Fairport Canal Days.
·The deadline to withdraw and receive a refund is April 1st
