By submitting this sponsorship application, you acknowledge and agree to the following: * Submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship approval. * Sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by the event committee. * If your application is approved, you agree to purchase the selected sponsorship package and pay the applicable sponsorship fee. * Failure to submit payment may result in the cancellation of your sponsorship and the opportunity being offered to another applicant. * The event organizers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to sponsorship benefits, event schedules, or logistics if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. * By submitting this application, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
