Join us as we celebrate the official Grand Opening of Zipp Family Sports Park—New Braunfels’ newest destination for recreation, wellness, and community connection! This free, family-friendly event will feature a full morning and early afternoon of activities for all ages and abilities. Kick off the day with a community run/walk, explore the park’s state-of-the-art amenities, and enjoy a variety of ongoing sports, fitness, and interactive activities happening throughout the event. From youth-friendly games to health and wellness demonstrations, there’s something for everyone to experience and enjoy. The celebration will include a formal ribbon cutting ceremony, opportunities to meet local partners and businesses, and plenty of space to play, relax, and connect with others in our community. Terms & Conditions

This is an exhibit-only event. Sales are not permitted on-site by any sponsors or exhibitors. All tents and canopies must be secured with weights. Nothing may be staked to the ground. The hilltop in Zipp Family Sports Park is windy! Please plan accordingly. Glass is not permitted in any City of New Braunfels New Braunfels park facility.

Prices

MVP Sponsor (Top Tier)	$2,500.00	Non-refundable	Presenting-level visibility and strongest on-site sponsor presence available at event. Sponsor will receive: designation as "Presented by" sponsor in event marketing, Premier logo placement on all marketing (social media, website, signage), On-site banner placement in high-traffic area (provided by sponsor), Verbal recognition during event announcements, Dedicated premium booth/exhibit space (priority placement), Opportunity to host branded activation (game, contest, giveaway, etc.), Inclusion in press release + media mentions.

Exhibit Space Only	$150.00	Non-refundable	Designed for local businesses to be part of the fun! Sponsor will receive a 10x10 booth set up space (bring-your-own setup) and are encouraged to engage attendees with an activity or giveaway.
Community Partners (Non-Profit Organizations Only)	$0.00	Non-refundable	Community non-profit organizations are invited to apply for a free booth space (10x10) at this event. Must provide a family-friendly activity or interactive experience.
