About the application

In-Kind Sponsor As an In-Kind Sponsor, your organization contributes goods or services that directly support the production and experience of the 2026 OC Pride Festival and Parade in Downtown Santa Ana. In-kind contributions are a meaningful and valued form of partnership that help OC Pride deliver a world-class event for the LGBTQIA+ community in Orange County. OC Pride accepts in-kind contributions including food and beverage, hotel accommodations, airfare, ground travel, emergency services, security, ASL services, and stage equipment. All contributions are evaluated and credited at fair market value, which may be applied toward any sponsorship tier, giving your organization access to the recognition and benefits that match your contribution level. This is an ideal partnership option for organizations whose expertise, products, or services align directly with what makes OC Pride possible. Whether you are a hospitality brand, a logistics company, a production vendor, or a service provider, your in-kind contribution puts your organization at the heart of one of Orange County's most celebrated community events.

Terms & Conditions

In-Kind Sponsor Eligibility In-kind contributions are accepted at OC Pride's discretion. OC Pride reserves the right to accept or decline any in-kind contribution based on the organization's current needs, event logistics, and alignment with OC Pride's mission and values. Valuation All in-kind contributions will be assessed and credited at fair market value as determined by OC Pride. Sponsors are responsible for providing documentation supporting the fair market value of their contribution upon request. OC Pride reserves the right to make the final determination on the credited value of any in-kind contribution. Tier Credit Once the fair market value of an in-kind contribution has been determined and agreed upon, the contribution will be credited toward the corresponding sponsorship tier. Sponsorship benefits will be provided in accordance with the terms of that tier. OC Pride cannot guarantee placement in a specific tier until the valuation process is complete and a signed agreement is in place. Agreement A signed in-kind sponsorship agreement outlining the specific goods or services being contributed, the agreed fair market value, and the corresponding sponsorship benefits is required before any benefits are activated. OC Pride reserves the right to withhold sponsorship benefits until all agreed contributions have been received in full. Delivery and Logistics Sponsors are responsible for the delivery, setup, and any associated costs of their in-kind contribution unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All goods and services must be delivered by the deadline specified in the sponsorship agreement. OC Pride is not responsible for in-kind contributions that are delivered late, damaged, or incomplete. Non-Transferable In-kind sponsorship agreements are non-transferable. The agreed contribution may not be substituted for an alternative good or service without prior written approval from OC Pride. Refunds and Cancellations In-kind contributions are non-refundable once delivered. If a sponsor is unable to fulfill their agreed contribution, OC Pride reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the corresponding sponsorship benefits. Brand Standards OC Pride reserves the right to review and approve all sponsor-produced materials that reference the OC Pride name, logo, or event. Sponsors may not imply an endorsement beyond the scope of the agreed partnership. Governing Agreement These terms are supplementary to the signed sponsorship agreement, which serves as the governing document for the partnership. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.
