About the event

This year Hey Black Dad continues to celebrate fatherhood by hosting the 3rd Annual Hey Black Dad Fall Festival. Our goal is to capture fathers sharing authentic moments with their families while creating lasting memories. Join us on November 2, 2024 from 12:00pm - 4:00pm to enjoy a costume parade, entertainment, pumpkin picking, music, vendors, food, and more! The rain date is November 9th.

About the application

Contribute $5,001- $10,000 to help the 3rd Annual Hey Black Dad Fall Festival capture fathers sharing authentic moments and creating memorable experiences with their families. At Hey Black Dad, we provide doula and educational services to expecting fathers during their partner’s pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Hey Black Dad focuses on improving the trajectory of maternal healthcare outcomes by way of paternal preparation and education. We are now preparing to host our 3rd Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, November 2nd, in downtown Trenton, at Mill Hill Park. We expect to serve families from Trenton, and the greater Trenton area. Thoughtfully planned and meaningfully curated, our Fall Fest is not only family friendly but unique. It will include themed areas such as The Dad Den for expecting, new, and current fathers alike; Mamas Cove for mothers with nursing babies; The Little Village for our youngest festival goers age 5 and under; and more! Our efforts would go even further with your organization as an official sponsor. Monetary support would help to cover expenses such as festival entertainment, audio-visual equipment, volunteer and attendee management, themed areas, event staff, festival decor, and more. In exchange, your organization will receive: Acknowledgement as a sponsor on the Hey Black Dad website with a link to your main site. Recognition on select social media marketing. Recognition on physical marketing material and social media posts. Access to the mic to promote upcoming initiatives, giving you the ability to reach the Trenton community directly. Logo placement on event banners. A reserved 10x10 space for staff to engage directly with festival attendees. Recognition from the mic. Sponsored By: "Your Organization” signage in one themed area. (The Dad's Den, Mama's Cove, Little Village, or Treasure Island.
