About the registration

Pre-registration helps us: Streamline the checkout process during the RIS 2025 Go-Live event, making it faster and easier for you to complete your booking. Build a comprehensive vendor database to improve communication and maintain accurate records of participating businesses and their products for future events. Ensure fairness and quality across the RIS Bazaar by preventing multiple booth bookings under different names and maintaining a balanced mix of vendors and product categories. Once your pre-registration has been submitted, our team will review your application to confirm eligibility and product alignment with RIS event standards. Approved vendors will receive an email with: Confirmation of acceptance & Instructions for booth booking Please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays in processing your application.

Terms & Conditions

By completing this form, you agree to comply with the guidelines and policies outlined below. 1. Pre-Registration and Approval Submission of this form does not guarantee participation in RIS 2025. All pre-registrations will be reviewed and approved by RIS Management based on product suitability, space availability, and event guidelines. Vendors may be asked to provide additional information or clarification during the review process. Only approved vendors will receive an email with further instructions and access to the booth booking page prior to the Go Live date. 2. Booth Allocation and Booking Booth allocation will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning Friday, October 31, 2025, at 8:00 PM (EST). Approved vendors will receive access to the vendor booking page by October 31st at 8pm EST. RIS Management reserves the right to adjust booth assignments if required to accommodate marketing package placements or logistical considerations. 3. Multiple Booth Bookings Vendors are not permitted to book multiple booths under different names, business entities, or accounts. Larger organizations, financial institutions, and charitable or not-for-profit groups wishing to book four (4) or more booths are required to purchase a Silver or higher marketing package. This ensures fair access for small businesses while providing enhanced visibility and benefits for larger or established organizations. All applications will be reviewed to ensure fairness and compliance. Vendors found in violation of this policy may have their registration cancelled without refund and may be prohibited from participating in future RIS events. 4. Booth Sharing and Subletting Booth sharing or subletting is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from RIS Management. Unauthorized sharing or subletting will result in immediate removal from the event and exclusion from future participation. 5. Product and Display Standards RIS reserves the right to decline or remove any product, service, or display deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the event. All vendors must comply with venue, health, safety, and fire regulations, as directed by RIS staff. 6. Marketing and Promotions Vendors participating in marketing packages will receive priority booth selection and placement. Vendors interested in on-screen or stage marketing opportunities must indicate their interest in this pre-registration form. 7. Cancellations and Refunds Once a vendor has been approved and payment completed, no refund will be issued after December 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or policy violations. 8. Conduct and Compliance Vendors are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. Any violation of RIS policies, event rules, or directions from staff may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future RIS events. 9. Agreement By submitting this pre-registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions, and that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
