Ocean State Card Con returns Sunday, December 7 to the West Warwick Civic Center! Browse 100+ vendors, meet fellow collectors, and enjoy a family-friendly day of cards, crafts, and community. We proudly partner with local nonprofits working in health, housing, and environmental justice. Free parking. All ages welcome. RIDEM-certified Green Event.

About the application

Early Bird Sponsorship for Ocean State Card Con – December 7, 2025 at the West Warwick Civic Center. We're looking for individuals, organizations, and businesses that believe in the power of community, creativity, and collecting. Sponsors help cover costs like venue rental, accessibility services, and youth programming. In return, you'll receive early and prominent recognition in our marketing, event signage, and website. We welcome sponsors from across industries — from TCG shops and game designers to local cafés, nonprofits, and community leaders. This is your chance to support a growing, inclusive con that’s more than just cards.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorships are nonrefundable. Recognition benefits will begin upon payment and submission of any required graphics (e.g., logo files). Sponsors must comply with OSCC’s community standards, including zero tolerance for hate speech or discriminatory practices. Sponsorship does not guarantee booth space — vendors must apply separately if interested in a table.
