The 3rd Annual Bourbon & Brisket Festival is returning to The Battery Atlanta on Saturday, June 27th, 12 PM – 8 PM! With over 12,000 attendees last year and a social media reach exceeding 300,000 through paid advertising, this is your chance to connect with families, foodies, and festival-goers while putting your brand in the spotlight. Your sponsorship not only showcases your business during the festival, but also throughout the month leading up to the event via social media, print promotions, and on-site branding. Pitch Sponsor – $500 (Logo & Advertising Placement Only) This package is perfect for businesses looking to get their brand in front of thousands without staffing a booth. Includes: -Social media shoutouts and mentions leading up to the event -Logo placement on the official event page and select printed materials -On-site banner placement in the designated sponsor area -LED screen graphic display during the event Please note: This level does not include a 10x10 vendor space or any other benefits. 2. Terms & Conditions

Bourbon & Brisket Festival – Sponsor Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions govern all sponsorships for the 3rd Annual Bourbon & Brisket Festival on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at The Battery Atlanta. By submitting a sponsorship application or payment, sponsors agree to the following: 1. Sponsorship Confirmation & Payment 1.1. Sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment and a signed agreement are received. 1.2. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable, except in the event of full Festival cancellation. 1.3. All sponsorship tiers include a 10x10 booth space. 10x20 booth spaces are reserved for Grand Slam sponsors ($5,000) and above only. 2. Sponsor Benefits & Obligations 2.1. Sponsors will receive benefits as outlined in their selected tier, which may include: -On-site branding (banners, signage, stage mentions) -Social media and digital promotions -Print and marketing materials recognition -Optional speaking opportunities or live shout-outs 2.2. Sponsors must provide all logos, marketing materials, and other deliverables by the deadlines specified by Goin’ Social Events. 2.3. Sponsors must adhere to all Festival branding guidelines. Unauthorized use of Festival marks or logos is prohibited. 2.4. Sponsors may not imply exclusivity, endorsements, or partnerships outside the terms of their agreement. 3. Booth Space & Setup 3.1. Sponsors are responsible for staffing and providing their own booth equipment unless otherwise specified. 3.2. Booth setup and breakdown must occur during designated times. 3.3. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to reassign booth locations or remove a sponsor for unsafe conduct, rule violations, or disruptive behavior. 4. Safety & Liability 4.1. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, its staff, volunteers, The Battery Atlanta, and affiliated parties from any claims or damages resulting from their participation. 4.2. Sponsors must comply with all local laws, ordinances, and safety regulations. 5. Marketing & Media 5.1. By sponsoring, sponsors grant Goin’ Social Events permission to use photos, videos, and audio from the Festival that may include sponsor branding for promotional purposes. 5.2. Sponsors may distribute marketing materials only within their assigned booth space or approved activation areas. 6. Event Changes & Cancellation 6.1. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the Festival due to weather, emergencies, or government directives. 6.2. Partial delays or schedule changes do not entitle sponsors to refunds. 6.3. Full cancellations will result in refunds of sponsorship fees at Goin’ Social Events’ discretion. 7. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a sponsorship application and/or payment, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to the festivals main Terms & Conditions.
