Terms & Conditions: Sponsor will receive exclusive naming rights for all concert programming and branding across materials related to music performances. Sponsor must submit final logo and brand assets no later than 45 days prior to the event for design and production. All concert signage, visuals, and branded content must be pre-approved by event organizers. VIP seating section layout and size is determined by production and safety constraints. Branded giveaways must be pre-approved and distributed within the sponsor’s assigned area only. Sponsorship is non-exclusive across non-music-related areas of the event unless otherwise agreed. Sponsor must provide proof of general liability insurance naming Clarke Smart Solutions LLC as additional insured. Sponsorship fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. Rain-or-shine policy applies.
