About the event

The Decherd Potato Festival is a one day celebration of the history of Decherd TN when it provided the country with potatoes. Come join the celebration with food, music, entertainment, and shopping for residents and visitors alike. This year's festival will include, but certainly not limited to: Eye of the Potato Parade Live music and entertainment Potato Patch seed swap Arts and craft vendors Food vendors throughout the festival. Potato cooking competition Children's Lil Spud Zone And MUCH MORE!!!! There will be a silent auction providing a chance to win gift certificates to local businesses, art, gift baskets and other prizes. Fun for the whole family! Festival is a from 10 am to 6pm central time.

About the application

We are planning our annual Decherd Potato Festival which is a one day street festival on the first Saturday of April. The festival is from 10 am - 6 pm in downtown Decherd. The festival will promote the history of the potato industry in the area. We would love for you to partner with us as a Sponsor!

Terms & Conditions

The festival is being advertised on our website, and our Facebook page: ShopDecherdTN. Advertisements will also appear in the newspaper, on local radio, Busy B Trader, Festival.net and on posters and flyers around town. The Decherd Potato Festival Sponsor levels are: Russet $ 1,000 + Red $ 500 + Fingerling $ 100 + All sponsors will have digital recognition on our website and Facebook page with links to their business pages if provided. They will also be included on all print advertisements with more prominent placement and more radio recognition the higher the sponsor level. The Red and Russet sponsor levels include a FREE 10 x 10 vendor space. If this is not within your budget, please consider contributing to our silent auction. All contributions are much appreciated and can be given to a committee member or through our website. The Old Town Decherd Merchants Association is a non-profit 501-(c)3 organization of merchants in the Decherd business district. We aim to help our community prosper and contribute to the overall well-being of our neighborhood, town, and region.
