TERMS & CONDITIONS – SPONSORSHIP / ACTIVATION
By submitting this application and/or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Approval & Participation
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Foodees Fest reserves the right to approve or deny any sponsor at its sole discretion. Activation placement is determined by Foodees Fest based on event layout, traffic flow, and operational needs.
Activation Use & Conduct
Sponsors may only conduct activities outlined and approved in their application. All activations must remain within the assigned footprint and may not interfere with event operations, vendors, or guest experience.
Branding & Materials
All signage, displays, and branded materials must be professional and in good condition. Foodees Fest reserves the right to request removal or adjustment of any materials deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
Setup, Attendance & Breakdown
Sponsors must adhere to assigned load-in times and remain operational for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown or failure to operate during event hours may impact future participation.
Power & Equipment
Power is not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sponsors are responsible for their own equipment, including tents, displays, and any required power sources. Quiet generators only.
Fees & Payment
All sponsorship payments are due in full upon approval. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Foodees Fest cancels the event.
Weather & Event Changes
Events are rain or shine. Adjustments to layout, timing, or operations may occur for safety or logistical reasons and are not grounds for refund.
Exclusivity
Category exclusivity is only granted if explicitly stated and confirmed in writing. Foodees Fest does not guarantee exclusivity unless agreed upon in advance.
Liability & Insurance
Sponsors are responsible for their staff, equipment, and activation. General liability insurance may be required depending on activation type. Foodees Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Media Release
Sponsors grant Foodees Fest permission to use photos, video, and brand likeness captured at the event for marketing purposes.
Communication
Sponsors agree to receive event-related communications. Final event details, logistics, and updates are distributed through official Foodees channels.
Operational Authority
Foodees Fest reserves the right to make final decisions regarding placement, operations, and event execution to ensure a safe and successful event.
