The Lead Sponsorship is $7,500. Meeting Street Music Fest is made possible by the generosity of many community-minded companies, organizations, and individuals. Because of them, Meeting Street Music Fest remains a FREE EVENT to attend! Thank you for your invaluable support. ONLINE ACTIVATIONS: Logo and website link posted on meetingstreetmusicfest.com Social media advertisements including logos 1 - Email blast with Sponsor info and thank you MARKETING ACTIVATIONS: Sponsor name added to selected radio advertisements Logo included on print ads including logos 200 posters 5,000 rack cards placed in 10 welcome centers 15,000 water bill inserts Logo on T-Shirt EVENT DAY ACTIVATIONS: Available Secondary Stage naming rights Secondary Stage signage at event Logo included on stage line up signage Logo on Sponsor Thank You banner 1 - 10’ x 10’ booth space including 8‘ table and 2 chairs 5 - VIP/Sponsor Passes to Chayz Lounge (Includes hors d’oeuvres and 3 drink tickets per person)

Terms & Conditions

The undersigned applicant commits for the Lead Sponsor package selected. Sponsorship money must be received by July 15, 2024, to comply with the above incentives. If cancellation of the event is necessary (i.e. Acts of God, etc.), sponsorship dollars will only be returned to the extent there is a balance remaining after all expenses are paid.
