Long Table Community Dinner Sponsorships

The Blount County Chamber of Commerce, in alignment with our mission to foster community connection in support of local business, workforce development and the young leaders who will shape our future, is excited to host the third annual Long Table Community Dinner! This is a wonderful opportunity for your business or organization to support our mission and our Blount County Young Professionals. We offer five sponsorship levels: Presenting Sponsor $7,500 Platinum Sponsor $5,000 Gold Sponsor $3,000 Silver Sponsor $1,500 Bronze Sponsor $750 *Silver and Bronze Sponsors' tickets will be for open community seating and not reserved in advance. Deadline to be included in print material is August 01, 2025 | Payment for support is due by October 01, 2025 **Please note: A limited number of sponsorships are available. Previous sponsors will be given the right of first refusal before new sponsorships are confirmed.

1. Sponsorship Levels and Benefits: Each sponsorship level (Presenting, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) includes specific benefits outlined in the sponsorship package. These benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the sponsoring company. 2. Payment and Confirmation: Sponsorship is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments must be made by the due date outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship rights and benefits. 3. Promotional Materials and Branding: Sponsors must provide all necessary logos and promotional materials by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion in the marketing materials (e.g., website, social media, print materials). The Blount County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve all sponsor materials to ensure they align with the event’s standards. 4. No Cancellations or Refunds: Sponsorships are non-refundable. Once confirmed, sponsorship payments cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. 5. Liability: The Blount County Chamber of Commerce and its event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount County Chamber of Commerce and its representatives from any liability arising from participation in the event. 6. Event Changes: The Chamber reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, or location, as necessary. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes. 7. Photography and Media Consent: Sponsors agree to allow the use of their company name, logo, and likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, and event photography for future Job Signing Day promotion. 8. Amendments: The Blount County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.
