Important note: The city requires that weights be used for all tents, to ensure the safety of all participants. Note: Once the event begins, the streets will be blocked off to vehicles. You must stay through the duration of the event or walk your items out. Once the event is over, the streets will be re-opened for vehicles to enter and load.
